Eurosmart issues its Position Paper on "Generic eID"

The electronic identity Working Group of Eurosmart issued a new Position Paper entitled "Generic eID". This paper summarizes the main drivers for the change from ID to eID, describes the migration path, reviews a range of current and future applications, and finishes with the new challenges facing the security industry.
