Eurosmart at Smart Event 2009

This year at Smart Event, 581 participants (40 countries and 376 companies and organisations) attended the 3 co-located international conferences, the advanced educational program and the 2 parallel meetings and workshops.

 

The opening panel debate at Smart Event was on the topic "NFC and Mobile Payment: Challenges and Opportunities"

 

It was moderated by Eurosmart Chairman Marc Bertin and included :

- Bent Bentsen (Vice Chair, Mobey Forum)

- Nader Henein (Security Advisor, EMEA, Research In Motion)

- Dr. Andreas Schauer (Product Line Manager Mobile Payment, Division Payment, Giesecke & Devrient)

The next edition of Smart Event will take place from 21 to 24 September 2010. Call for papers will be issued by mid-November 2009.
