The legislative follow-up on Artificial Intelligence is mentioned in the Commission’s Communication but not in the list of the new initiatives. In the updated 2020 Work Programme, it had been postponed to Q1 2021.

-Proposal for a regulation establishing the European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre and the Network of National Coordination Centres

- Proposal for a regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (DORA)

- Proposal for a regulation on a pilot regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology

- Proposal for a regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 on type approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) and on access to vehicle repair and maintenance information

- Proposal for a regulation concerning the respect for private life and the protection of personal data in electronic communications (ePrivacy)

- Proposal for a regulation on the establishment of 'Eurodac' for the comparison of fingerprints for the effective application of [Regulation (EU) No 604/2013], for identifying an illegally staying third-country national or stateless person and on requests for the comparison with Eurodac data by Member States' law enforcement authorities and Europol for law enforcement purposes (recast)
