Commission launches consultation on the “European way” for the digital society
On 12 May, the Commission opened a consultation on the “Declaration of Digital Principles – the European way for the digital society”. The Commission proposes there a set of principles that can be evaluated and commented by stakeholders.
A section of the consultation is dedicated to a European digital identity. Another section relates to an “open, secure and trusted online environment”.
Eurosmart will most likely take part in the consultation. Please find the link to the questionnaire below.
Deadline to answer the consultation: 2 September 2021.
