IPCEI: everything you ever wanted to know
European economics organises an event called “Everything you ever wanted to know about IPCEIs”. The event will be held in Paris (limited number of seats) and broadcasted on 19 October 14:30-17:00.
In the framework of Important Projects of Common European Interests (IPCEIs), EU Member States are allowed to grant state aid to consolidate a particular industrial sector. Such projects must be notified to the European Commission. There are currently several IPCEIs, including for microelectronics and batteries. IPCEIs enable to create complex value chains to ensure the EU’s competitiveness and growth.
During this event, speakers will explain how to navigate the IPCEI process and what the eligibility criteria are. A closing cocktail will take place at the end of the event for participants attending the physical event.
