Commission launches consultation on liability rules for AI
The European Commission is currently collecting views with the objective of making liability rules fit for the digital age, AI and circular economy. More precisely, participants are invited to give feedback on the revision of the Product Liability Directive.
The public consultation includes questions such as which economic operator should be liable for harm and how to take upgrade of products into account.
